Day 1: Arrival in Darjeeling


Your journey begins with your arrival in Darjeeling, a popular hill station in West Bengal. You can take a flight or train to Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station and then drive to Darjeeling. Once you reach Darjeeling, you can spend the day exploring the town and acclimatizing to the altitude. Phalut is the second-highest point of the trek at an altitude of 11,800 feet and you will spend the night here.

On the sixth day, you will trek to Rammam, a small village located at an altitude of 8,500 feet. You will spend the night in a guesthouse or a homestay in Rammam.

Day 7 : Rammam to Rimbick

On the last day of the trek, you will trek from Rammam to Rimbick, which takes around 4-5 hours. The trail descends gradually through small villages and terraced fields. You will walk along the beautiful river Rammam and cross several suspension bridges.
